11/29/12 - SHEREE'S TRIBUTE TO LARRY HAGMAN |
"Larry was the happiest person I have ever met. His bathroom mirror had the statement 'Don't Worry, Be Happy, Feel Good'. And that is how he lived his life. He lit up the room when he made his grand entrance … and GRAND it was … wearing one of his many hats or costumes. He was more than an incredible artist, he was a father, a husband, a philanthropist, and a treasured friend. I will miss him more than can be put into words. I am grateful for all memories I have had the privilege to experience with him and his family.
I would also like to offer my condolences to all of Larry's family and friends, with a special thank you to Linda (Gray) one of Larry's best friends for 35 years. Linda graciously agreed to serve as a Special Celebrity Guest at our recent White Bridle Wine and Roses Fundraiser held on Nov. 15, and honored her commitment to both Larry and to White Bridle by coming directly from work to join us. She is one of a kind."

11/07/12 - THE JAIL WAGON
|
In November, Sheree will star in the short film THE JAIL WAGON. Directed by William R. Booth, this is one of a series of three short films called TEXAS TALES. It will have lots of terrific country stars in it, along with a great soundtrack. Sheree portrays a character very similar to Barbara Stanwyck's from TV's THE BIG VALLEY. Sheree has just finished filming the role of 'Bonnie Branson' in the independent feature film SAVING SANTA. Check back for more details ...
Synopsis: In the vein of THE SANTA CLAUSE and MIRACLE ON 34th STREET comes SAVING SANTA, a tender-hearted Christmas story for the entire family. When a wealthy, disgruntled politician, Senator “Max Schmucker”, leads a global campaign to ban the myth of Santa Claus, the world joins his movement, causing Santa Claus to lose his magical powers. As Christmas approaches and “Santa” and his lead Elf, “Elliot”..., are making their final rounds around the world, they get stranded in a small farming community. They’re stuck and living in a barn on the Logan Family Ranch, where they are soon discovered by “Miley”, and her older brother, “Zach”. The two children learn about Santa and Elliot’s predicament, and realize that Schmucker’s movement to ban the belief in Santa Claus is actually behind Santa losing his magical powers. Miley and Zach go on a wild escapade to hide Santa and Elliot from their parents, “Joe” and “Renae”, while at the same time, attempt to help Santa Claus regain his magical powers before Christmas is lost.
