Lyle Guthrie is a man in Cleveland and about to sentenced to death via the
electric chair. But at the last minute, it is decided that Guthrie must be
sent to Texas. And Walker is the one who's being sent to bring him. It
seems that the man Guthrie killed was a friend of Walker's, who was sent
to bring him in. And it also seems that Walker was the one, who was
supposed to bring him in, but was unable to, so his friend was sent
instead. Walker and Trivette pick him from the grudging lieutenant. It
seems that the men Guthrie killed were his friends and he feels that
Guthrie should go through the chair, instead of the needle.
Walker and Trivette board the plane but due to a lack of seats, are
separated. While in flight, some of the passengers are members of
Guthrie's gang, who subdue Trivette. Walker thinks he has all of them when
he goes to confront Guthrie, but there were others, who reveal themselves
when Walker goes to Guthrie, they knock Walker out. But Walker told the
pilots to release the fuel so that they will have to land. When they land
Guthrie demands that they bring up some stretchers for the injured, in
reality, it's all part of his plan to escape. However, Walker manages to
go after him and gets him.

A judge has a meeting with Alex and Walker where he has discovered
something interesting, but just before he can tell them, a helicopter
comes in and the man inside kills the judge. Fortunately Walker jumps into
the helicopter and pulls the killer out with him. The killer, whose name is Sonny, reveals that a prominent businessman
named DL Dade ordered the hit and also reveals that he is an underworld
figure. With Sonny's help, Walker and Trivette begin to take down Dade's
illegal operations, but it still doesn't get anywhere because there is no
way to connect these operations to Dade, and the men they arrested refuse
to talk. Afterwards at the safe house, Sonny is watching an adult video and reveals
to Alex that at one time Dade was in the adult video business and there
was this one girl named Candy Delight
who was the star. Just after Alex leaves, a helicopter with one of Dade's
men armed with a rocket launcher kills Sonny and the guards watching him.
CD wonders how they found Sonny and Walker decides the only way to convict
Dade now is to tackle his adult movie business. He suspects that Candy was
under 18, which means she would be considered a minor which is illegal;
however Dade finds out and sends his men to look for her and kill her.
Walker also suspects that there is a person within Alex's office that has
been informing Dade of their every move, so they put in hidden security
cameras to find out who. Walker heads to a Gentleman's Club and meets a girl to question about
Candy Delight but she tells him nothing. Then some men show up, but Walker
takes them down. The girl telephones Candy, who is now happily married as
Audrey Forrester and doesn't want any part of it. Walker eventually finds
her and she says she won't testify because she doesn't want her husband or
the neighbors to find out because she is ashamed of her past. Walker
promises to catch Dade another way. However when Audrey's friend is found dead, Walker realizes that Dade's
men know where she is. It is too late; for Dade's men have already nabbed
her by posing as flower delivery people. They take her to the harbor and
tie her to a rope and head out on a speedboat in an attempt to drown her.
Luckily Walker and Trivette spot them and pursue them. While Walker jumps
in the lake to free Audrey from the ropes she's tied to, Trivette deals
with Dade's men. Later at the courthouse Dade tells the reporters that is all smoke and
prepares to head into the courthouse to prove his innocence. That is when
Walker, Trivette, Alex, Audrey and her husband, Phil, show up and Alex
remarks that she is going to enjoy this. Audrey tells Walker that she is
relocating soon and thanks Walker for lifting this burden off her
shoulders. Afterwards Alex calls in Todd, her law clerk, and reveals that
the camera footage reveals him going through her desk - he is the
informant and he was getting paid for it. Just before he can run off,
Walker and Trivette come in to arrest him.

Walker and his friends are on a fishing trip in the wilderness in a cabin
run by Hank Cotton, an old friend of Walker and CD. Meanwhile, a group of
Drug Runners, run by Glen Larkin and his younger brother Chip, lay siege to
this place when they find an elderly couple who promise not to ever
testify against them. However, Glen shoots them dead anyway because no
matter what he never leaves behind a witness. Meanwhile, Alex is taking a ride with Bobby;
Hank's son, who is the Park Ranger, they see the Larkin's pick up a case of heroin
and Alex recognizes
them and despite her warning to wait for Walker, Bobby knows that they
would be gone by then. He faces them and orders them to put their hands up unaware that one
of Larkin's men is sneaking up behind Bobby and shoots him. Alex narrowly
gets Bobby back to the truck and heads back to the lodge with the Larkin's
closely behind. Walker and Trivette hear the gun shots and Trivette thinks it
is hunters, but Walker knows that hunters don't use automatic guns. Once Alex and the seriously wounded Bobby
arrive at the lodge, Walker and Trivette use
their guns to provide them cover so they can get safely into the house and
then pull back into the house. Alex quickly tells Walker that they are
dealing with the Larkin brothers. Walker calls out to Glen,
identifying
himself to whom his name Glen recognizes and Walker tries to make a deal
but Glen refuses. Walker tries to call for help on the phone but Glen
finds the circuit breakers and shoots it to keep Walker from calling for
backup. He can guess they are down to small handguns the question is
how much ammo do they have left. Already Walker and his group are facing two major problems.
Bobby is so
badly hurt that they need to get him to a hospital and the ammunition in
Walker and Trivette's guns is low and there are no other guns because Hank,
being a war veteran, has sworn never to use a gun again. Hank also has a
backup power generator but never got around to fix it. CD suggests that if
Walker and Trivette cover him he will try to run for help but Walker, knows
it won't work since there are too many men out there. Glen then has one of his men purposely set one of their cars on fire and
send it at the lodge to smoke them out, but Walker uses his gun to narrowly
redirect the car's course, but now he is out of ammo. So he sneaks out and
nabs Chip to prevent Glen from trying to smoke them out again since he
knows that Glen cares about his brother and had to gag him when Chip hears
Trivette mention they are low on ammo to keep Glen from hearing. Hank
discovers that Bobby needs a blood transfusion since he lost a lot
of blood and, being an experienced medic, he uses CD for the transfusion
since he has a compatible blood type to Bobby, while Glen and his Men sneak
in unaware that Walker and Trivette have set up traps. They take them all
down except Glen who finds his way to where Alex, CD, Hank, and Bobby are,
but before he shoots Walker intervenes and takes him down. The
Larkin's and their men are then handed over to the authorities. Later at
CD's bar they get a letter from Hank to tell them that he and Bobby are
doing fine

As Trent tries to help out his family, and reconnect with his siblings
especially his brother, Tommy, who felt that Trent deserted them. Walker
tries to see if there is some kind of connection all the cops that were
killed. Trivette gets a call from a cop, who has some info he would like
to give him but asks that they meet in his place, when Trivette goes
there, the killer has already killed the cop and shoots Trivette. Carlos
was visiting Trent when the killer tries to kill Carlos but Trent saves
him. After giving a description of the man, Carlos thinks that it's a Metro
cop named Rod Barkley. While Alex checks on him, Walker asks Carlos to
explain who is this guy is and why is he killing all these cops. A few
years ago, Carlos, the other cops and Barkley were chasing this motorist
who was speeding. When he stopped, Barkley then proceeded to beat him up,
eventually the other cops had to pull Barkley off the boy. When all of the
other cops stated that there was no reason justifying Barkley's attack on
the boy, Barkley plead his case out. Supposedly he should still be in
prison but Alex tells them that he was released recently. Walker went to
his place of residence to get him but he was not there. Walker suspecting
that he was going to make another try for Carlos, went to Trent's where he

Alex's current case is a retrial of Lane Tillman, a mob boss, who is
defended by Tony Seville, who was Alex's lover years ago. The next morning Tony is found dead at Alex's beside and she is arrested
for suspicion of murder. She reveals to Walker that Tony came to her last
night with evidence that would turn the case around before she passed out.
Her father Gordon Cahill returns to defend her in court. Alex is put in a
women's prison where the convicts want to get revenge
against her for putting them in there, but she is saved by a woman named
Alfre Grimes who was put in because of a mistake. Meanwhile Walker and
Trivette learn from Tony's sister, Mollie, that he had falling out with
Tillman, and with Gordon's help they suspect Tillman is behind the murder
- because if the prosecuting attorney is having an affair with the defense
attorney and the defense attorney ends up dead then Lane Tillman would go
free because there would be no second trial. Then Mollie gets a letter from Tony and heads over to Alex's apartment and
finds a hidden camera with a tape in it. Unaware that Alex's apartment is
under surveillance by Tillman's men, she takes it back to her apartment
and plays it to discover that Tillman murdered her brother. Mollie
immediately contacts Walker and Trivette. Tillman's men break in demanding
the tape but Walker and Trivette stop them and then they take it the court
prove that Alex is innocent and then head out and arrest Tillman. Later CD wanted to know where the tape came from and Trivette explained
that after Tony slipped Alex a knockout drug he called Tillman to set up a
meeting in Alex's apartment with a hidden camera and mailed Mollie a key
should anything happen to him. Alex reopens Alfre's case with Gordon as
her defense attorney.

Trivette is summoned to a nursing home called Quiet Rest by an old friend,
Joshua Lenord. Lenord is a victim of Alzheimer's Disease and wants to show
Trivette a tape recording of what's been going on at the nursing home.
Lenord can't find the tape and then dies the next day. It turns out the doctors in charge, Dr. Munroe and Dr. Daniels, are
illegally testing drugs on the residents for a cut, including using a drug
banned by the FDA. So based on Trivette's notice of the male nurse's rude
behavior, the death rate ratio, and the drugs found from Josh's autopsy,
CD is sent in undercover. CD discovers that another patient, Maisie, is
also undercover because her best friend was sent there and died and she
remembered all the stuff her friend told her about the place. With Maisie's help she and CD find the drug samples but are caught.
Luckily, a transmitter hidden in a Bible alerts Walker and Trivette.
Munroe tries to stall them by sending the male nurses after them while she
destroys the experiment records. During the fight, CD and Maisie get free
and Maisie knocks out Munroe before she can finish destroying the records.
In the end Alex explains that Munroe, Daniels, and the male nurses will go
to prison.

Walker tells some children who are touring the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame
the story of Hayes Cooper. The story begins in the Old West when Cooper,
who was then a bounty hunter, went to a town to get his quarry, which he
does. A farmer named Wilson has a mortgage due, and a man named Bedoe
doesn't want him to meet it because he knows that the railroad's coming,
and the Wilson's land is where they will be going through. Now the banker,
who is in his pocket, wants to wait until he forecloses so that there'll
be no hint of impropriety. But Bedoe is impatient, so has some of his men
rough up Wilson. Cooper then helps him. One of Bedoe's men stabs him. The
Wilson's offer Cooper a place to stay while he heals. Cooper then helps the
Wilson's bring in their cattle but someone lets them out before they could
deliver. The bank's about to foreclose when Cooper uses the money from
apprehending the criminal to pay their mortgage. Bedoe decides to take
drastic measures; he hires Rudd Kilgore, a deadly gun for hire, who kills
the Wilson's. Cooper vows vengeance.

When it appears that sending criminals to prison is not working, Walker
suggests a new program that targets late teens or early twenty year olds.
So Alex presents Walker's proposal to Senator Kay Hutchinson, who thinks
that it should be considered but Commissioner Simpson, who thinks that the
only solution is to build more prisons, and is also planning to ask more
funds to build more prisons, and knows that Walker's proposal will
jeopardize that, doesn't support it. But the Senator decides to give
Walker a chance and assigns deputy Commissioner Luther Dobbs to evaluate
it to see if it's feasible. So ten youthful criminals are brought to CAMP
JUSTICE, where Walker and Trivette greet with the speech that the have an
opportunity to turn their lives around or end up in Huntsville prison.
Walker begins by making them run whenever they start acting up or be
insolent. The next day Walker gives a speech about making
"smart" choices. Walker then tries to get them into gardening;
one of the boys Cool grabs a rock and knocks one of the guards out and
grabs his gun and tries to escape but is caught at the fence by Walker and
some of the guards. Walker tries to talk him into giving himself up, he
aims the gun and the guards shoot him. The Senator upon hearing about this
goes to the facility and is considering terminating the project but Walker
convinces her to let them finish the program. The guards then ransack the
quarters and drive all over the garden and when Walker tries to talk to
Simpson and gets no support Walker decides to take the boys camping. It's
while they were out there that some guys came and demands that they leave,
Walker and Trivette subdue them, and it's while they were handling them
that one of the boys, Mad Dog tries to escape in their jeep but when he
couldn't find a key, he found a gun instead and took it. Trivette and
Dobbs leave to go to the ranger's office to file a report on the incident.
It is then that Mad Dog knocks Walker out and asks them to break out. When
Walker wakes up, he finds them standing over him and they Walker the gun
that Mad Dog took and show him that instead of breaking out, they tied Mad
Dog up. Trivette and Dobbs come back and see what they did. Mad Dog breaks
free and tries to run away but falls and injures himself, he is then
airlifted out. Simpson arrives telling Walker that his program has failed
but Dobbs reminds him that Walker still has three hours to complete his
program which includes a twenty mile hike. Simpson tells them that they
should be back in Camp in three hours, and when it appears they are not
going to make they come in with Alex and the Senator there. Mad Dog is
then brought to Huntsville. The next batch of ten boys arrive at the Camp
and are greeted by the commanding officer, Dobbs and the eight boys who
are now trustees.

star who suffered a paralyzing injury. And he is now facing the
possibility of losing his ranch unless he can come up with some money - if
he could only enter his horse Rainbow's End, in the Texas Derby, and win
they might save the ranch. But first they need a sponsor, so Walker asks a

his wife is uncertain of whether or not she wants him back, his son hates
him. She offers him a job at her new restaurant. At the same time, Walker
is working on a series of armed robberies that have been going on. What
they don't know is that the robbers are all paroled convicts, who are
staying at the same halfway house that Joe is staying in. The leader tries
to recruit Joe and he says yes. But he then goes to Walker and tells him.
Walker wants to arrest the guy who tried to recruit Joe but Joe asks him
to let him try and find out who the boss is. When the day of the job
comes, they manage to elude Walker. And when they arrive, Joe learns that
the boss is his parole officer, Buck Coburn, and that they have Tommy
